Wellbeing at work, with evidence and care

More than ten years working alongside people and organisations to make wellbeing a practical, sustainable part of working life, in Uruguay, England, and the United States. Years as a consultant and researcher designing questionnaires, analysing data, and writing client-facing reports in three languages: very few people working in wellbeing can also run a rigorous organisational diagnosis.

  • Organisational wellbeing audit

A thermometer for action in times of change or discontent. A needs assessment using research methodology (surveys, interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis), a diagnostic report with concrete solutions, and, where needed, a proposal for follow-on support. A product in its own right, before any programme.

  • Workshops and programmes

Burnout prevention, emotional education, mindfulness and stress reduction, communication in multicultural teams. Formats built for company calendars: 60 to 75 minute sessions, six-session cycles, in person or hybrid, in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.

  • Support for leaders and teams

Support for middle managers and leaders in managing their teams through high demand, change, or redundancies. Listening, diagnosis, and concrete action.

  • Group spaces

Reflection and practice groups, within the organisation or open, to sustain wellbeing over time: regular meetings, a reading of the climate, and support through change.

Experience

Organisational mental health specialist at Workplace Options and Zevo Health, with teams in Uruguay, the United States, and Ireland: workplace stress, burnout, internal migration, and support through large-scale redundancies. Teacher and facilitator in educational and diplomatic settings.
