The work together

Several paths, one kind of listening

Everyone arrives with something different. The work adapts to what you need: sometimes psychotherapy, sometimes a concrete plan for changing habits, sometimes the stillness of mindfulness. And also workshops and group spaces for teams and organisations.

Psychotherapy

A process to understand what hurts and give it meaning, unhurried. A confidential space to face what's hard and find new ways to live with it. Jungian analytical psychology is the underlying lens and, when appropriate, I bring in tools from other schools: cognitive-behavioural work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Gestalt, and mindfulness. What hurts or repeats is not judged: it is understood within your story, and from there what is rigid softens and possibilities open.

Habit change and whole-person health

Specific support for changing habits, grounded in health psychology and using Duke's Wheel of Health as the map: movement, nutrition, rest, environment, relationships, meaning. Short programmes of six to eight sessions, individual or in groups, each pairing a mindfulness practice with one concrete behaviour-change tool. No pressure, and no focus on weight.

Mindfulness and meditation

Practices of attention and stillness to return to the present and the body, especially on the days when the mind won't settle. Certified practitioner with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.

Jungian approach

Jungian psychotherapy works with dreams, images, and symbols, accompanying the process of individuation: the path of becoming who you really are. Trained with the Uruguayan Society for Analytical Psychology.

Organisations, teams, and groups

Psychoeducational workshops, group spaces, and support for leaders and teams in contexts of high demand, stress, and change. Burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and wellbeing at work.
