About

A practice built on listening

I'm Ana. A Jungian psychologist and facilitator of self-knowledge processes. I hold an MSc in Psychology, trained in Jungian psychotherapy and health psychology, with postgraduate training in integrative health at Duke University and a certification in mindfulness. I work with adults moving through change, difficulty, or a search for meaning.

My way of working brings these lenses together without forcing them: it starts by listening to where you are and what you need, and from there we find the way forward. We are so alike and so different at the same time; that is why listening is the most valuable work. I believe in processes that respect each person's own timing.

I work in Montevideo and online, in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

A clear frame

Psychotherapy is a confidential process at your own pace, and it does not replace medical care or emergency psychiatric care. If at any point what you need goes beyond this space, I will tell you clearly and help you find the right resource. In an emergency, contact Uruguay's emotional support line on 0800 0767 (*0767 from a mobile) or your local emergency service.

What a session is like

A session is a calm, confidential space. There's nothing to prepare and no need to arrive with things in order: we begin wherever you are. The first conversation is mostly about getting to know each other and seeing whether it's a good fit.
